The #FinalTwo will successfully navigate an intense 4 round series of phone/video interviews and case studies. Applicants will be moved onto the next round based on:

4. Ability to demonstrate experience on resume and verbally
5. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
6. Ability to influence peers and community to vote online
7. Communication/Writing Skills
8. GPA
Core Responsibilties:
- Assist with major release campaigns
- Understand lifestyle marketing ecosystem by rotating through the depts:
Specific Responsibilties:
- Assist in planning grassroots events and attend onsite activations
- Contribute to "Big Idea" creative sessions
- Mobilize personal social graph as needed for company campaigns
- Assist in story pitching/communicate with journalists at top publications
- Develop research files and process for competitive analysis
- Market research for marketing strategies and new business proposals
- Assist with website development projects and social media campaigns
- Perform pop culture, marketing and social media trend analysis
- Develop company HBCU Ambassador program
- Prepare and distributes conference reports as requested
- Maintain file share system structure
- Manage document standardization process and proof all documents
- Develop an end of summer presentation
- Maintain weekly video blog
